Description: This course is designed to equip TGRAs with the tools to understand and determine whether there are violations of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act. It aims to assist regulatory professionals in identifying misuse of gaming revenue, violations of the sole proprietary interest, and management without an approved contract that may be occurring at your properties.
